How do I get my video games console/accessory fixed?
- Send in your video game console/accessory to your preferred GameMartz or Shopitree store (Bugis Junction #03-24B / Plaza Singapura #04-03 / Bukit Batok Unity Centre #05-17).
- For emergency case, please contact either one of the store for more details. 

How much will it cost?
- There is FREE diagnostic test. The cost depends on the issue and the type of repair. 

How long will it take?
- 3 to 10 working days. The duration depends on the issue. 

How long is the warranty period after repaired?
- 30 days from date of collection (Period may vary based on issue).
