Hi-Fi RUSH is a stylish rhythm-action game developed by Tango Gameworks that follows Chai, an aspiring rockstar who is accidentally fused with a music player after a robotic enhancement experiment goes wrong. Branded as a defect by the powerful Vandelay Technologies corporation, Chai joins an unlikely team of rebels to bring down the corrupt megacorp through fast-paced, music-driven combat.
Unlike traditional action games, every aspect of Hi-Fi RUSH—from enemy attacks and platforming to environmental animations and cinematic sequences—syncs perfectly with the soundtrack, rewarding players for staying on the beat without forcing strict rhythm-game precision.
